DESPATCH TIMES

We endeavour to despatch all orders within 7 working days from receipt of payment. If your order is urgent or required for a specific date please contact us prior to placing your order.  Working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.

 

SHIPPING RATES

Please choose your preferred postage at the checkout. Rates are calculated by weight. Currently we only ship within the UK.

 

We use Royal Mail's signed for services. Their delivery aims are next day for first class and 2 to 3 days for second class, however these are not guaranteed and we are not responsible for any delays caused by Royal Mail. Please ensure you provide us with the correct address for delivery when you place your order. You will receive an email when your order has been despatched.

 

Royal Mail First Class signed for: Up to 1000g:  £ 4.50. Small Parcel
with Proof of Delivery.

Royal Mail First Class signed for: 1001g to 1999g:  £6.65.  Small Parcel

If your parcel does not arrive within a reasonable time please contact us so we can contact Royal Mail. Please be aware however that Royal Mail does not consider a parcel to be missing until the 15th working day after posting.

 

 

CANCELLATION

Should you wish to cancel your order you may do so within seven working days. A full refund minus any postage costs should they be incurred will be given as soon as possible and in any event no later than 14 days. If your order has already been despatched then please follow the procedure outlined below for returns.

 

RETURNS

If for any reason you are not happy with your goods you have the right to return them to us for a full refund minus postage costs within 7 days of receipt of your order. Items should be returned unopened, in the original packaging and in a resalable condition. We are unable to accept the return of any goods that have been used.  It is your responsibility to return the goods to us and we strongly advise you use a Royal Mail Track & Send service, we shall not take any responsibility for goods returned to us that are lost or do not reach us. All refunds will be made via PayPal and shall be given as soon as we receive the returned goods and in any event within 7 days from receipt.

 

DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT ORDERS

In the unlikely event that your goods arrive damaged, are faulty in some way or contain incorrect items. Please contact us as soon as possible, together with images of any damage or fault. We will offer a full refund including postage costs or replacement goods subject to availability.

If your parcel does not arrive within a reasonable time please contact us so we can contact Royal Mail. Please be aware however that Royal Mail does not consider a parcel to be missing until the 15th working day after posting.

 

CANCELLATION

Should you wish to cancel your order you may do so within seven working days. A full refund minus any postage costs should they be incurred will be given as soon as possible and in any event no later than 14 days. If your order has already been despatched then please follow the procedure outlined below for returns.

 

RETURNS

If for any reason you are not happy with your goods you have the right to return them to us for a full refund minus postage costs within 7 days of receipt of your order. Items should be returned unopened, in the original packaging and in a resalable condition. We are unable to accept the return of any goods that have been used.  It is your responsibility to return the goods to us and we strongly advise you use a Royal Mail Track & Send service, we shall not take any responsibility for goods returned to us that are lost or do not reach us. DESPATCH TIMES

We endeavour to despatch all orders within 7 working days from receipt of payment. If your order is urgent or required for a specific date please contact us prior to placing your order.  Working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.
